BE FIT FOR LIFE/EVER ACTIVE SCHOOLS - Active After School

Attend this FREE workshop on Alberta Active After School Guidelines and come away with games and resources to take back to your agency. Course runs Dec 20 from 9 am to 3:30 pm at Lethbridge College. We will be moving lots in this training, so please come prepared with comfortable clothing, proper footwear, a water bottle and snacks / lunch, along with a notepad and pen. We will take a 30 minute lunch break and other shorter "comfort" breaks throughout the day.
